We are very pleased to announce that our Jewellery Charity Event in aid of the NSPCC was a great success last weekend. Over 80 children had a turn at the Kids Jewellery Making Workshops and choosing the winner was a hard task due to the high standard.
Local boy Ptolemy Brace was the overall winner with his snowflake-inspired decoration. Ptolemy, from Weston, is seven years old and attends Weston Primary School.

I felt his design was very original, he chose to spell his Mum’s name with the letter beads and he took his time over the design which is quite unusual for someone of his young age.
Ptolemy was presented with a jewellery making kit and a proper designer's sketch book and pencil, the same as those used by our jewellery designers.
Runners-up in the competition were Jade Newman-Turner, Talia Kennedy, Annabel and Charlotte Tebbit, Liberty Platter-Hawes, and Ellen and Mille Lucas.
It was fantastic to see such a great turn out on Saturday and we really appreciate everyone taking time out of their weekend to come along and raise money for the NSPCC.
