I was born and bred in Cambridge, well just outside for the first half but now living in the city. I am what can only be described as a fen tiger. But still after 24 years i have never really taken in Cambridge for how truly beautiful it is and how amazing the buildings are. Not once have i walked around the colleges or museums, apart from when my grandma took me when i was 5 but at that age if it isn't custard or jumping I don't want to know! (Some things never change)
Lately with this gorgeous weather i have taken my lunch outside and had a nice walk along the backs of the colleges and taken a number of photos just because how marvellous the views are.

Here in our Cambridge showroom room we have a dazzling collection of Cambridge jewellery inspired things you can only find in Cambridge. My personal favourite is this striking pendant inspired by a double Helix, made with 9ct white and rose gold, this pendant tapers in width forming the 60mm drop. The necklace sits upon a 16 inch snake chain. This can be worn on a variety of neck lines and is suitable for any occasion or colour.

The double Helix is the structure for DNA deduced by James Watson and Francis Crick in 1953 right here in Cambridge at the MRC (Medical Research Council) centre. Not sure they we be celebrating their diamond anniversary of DNA next year however! unlike the Queen this year
So come see us and this inspired collection and i can reminisce of how Cambridge was 'back in my day'
Hope to see you soon
Hi All
If you'd like to see Harriet win the Small/Medium Sized Business of the Year Award at the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards 2012 then check out this video:
Harriet
Recently Harriet was approached by Keech Hospice care to draw a butterfly motif to celebrate their 21st Birthday - but we decided we could do more than just a drawing and instead created several gorgeous bespoke pieces of butterfly jewellery.
The lovely pieces of jewellery will be going into several auctions to raise money and awareness for Keech and the tremendously important work they do.

"Keech Hospice Care cares for adults living in Luton and South Bedfordshire and children from across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes. Their aim is to help patients enjoy the highest quality of life, while providing vital support for their family and friends throughout their loved one's illness and in their bereavement.
All of their services are offered 365 days of the year and is free to families that need them. But “free” care costs. In order to provide free care, they need to fundraise for 75% of their annual running costs as just 25% comes from the government or NHS. Therefore their services are made possible because of the generous support from the local community.
Keech Hospice is one of only a handful of UK organisations offering adult and children's services on the same site. Their broad range of services aim to enrich the lives of patients and their families from the diverse communities of Luton, south Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes.
Their aim is to help families make the most of the precious time they have left with their loved one. While many of the patients will have only a short life, they all still have plenty of living to do!"
Keep an eye out on Twitter and Facebook for updates on when the most recent auctions are.
