Yellow and white gold engagement ring with a 0.2ct Ceylon sapphire.
This pretty 9ct white and yellow gold ring has an all around set, 3.32mm brilliant cut pale blue Ceylon sapphire in the centre, surrounded by grained/beaded white gold for a really sparkly finish to the metal which gives the impression that it is actually surrounded by pave set little diamonds, crushed diamond or diamond chips in a modern cluster. However, it is in fact a sapphire solitaire with no diamonds at all - this is such an effective illusion that even very close up you can be convinced there really are diamonds there! It is a modern take on an antique and classic style of setting which gives the ring a stunning focal point with quite a delicate and classic feel.
