18ct white gold engagement ring with a princess cut diamond
The beautiful 4.3mm 0.47cts G VS1 diamond has been set in a wide edge four claw setting to frame the stone and add a slightly contemporary feel to this simple design. The sides of the setting join in a V shape formation which is echoed in the engraved detail on the shank. The engraving seems to emphasise the diagonal facets of the diamond. The 18ct white gold shank measures just over 2.5mm wide tapering at the back for extra comfort.
