9ct white gold, blue moonstone and diamond engagement ring

This simple yet elegant 9ct white gold engagement ring holds a lovely 5mm round cabochon cut Sri Lankan blue moonstone in an all round setting. The 3mm wide band has a soft D shaped profile that reflects the domed cabochon shape of the central stone. For a touch of sparkle a 1.5mm brilliant cut H SI diamond has been grain set into a pear shape on each shoulder to give the impression of shooting stars. The white gold has not been rhodium plated and has been left in its natural soft off white colour to add warmth to the design and compliment the blue in the moonstone.
