Bespoke platinum engagement ring with a claw set diamond
Tim loved one of our ready to wear designs but really wanted to design something from scratch for Amelia as a surprise. He put his own twist on what he had seen, choosing a setting style that resembled his and Amelia's initials. He chose this stunning G VS2 5.44mm (0.59ct) brilliant cut diamond for the central stone which is set in a six claw, double gallery setting. In each tapering shoulder, our very clever goldsmith Ryan created a pear shaped channel where a 1.2mm fully brilliant cut H SI diamond is channel set. The band deepens at the front to make the central stone feel lower and has a split detail giving a the ring a delicate feel. The ring is 2.5mm wide at the sides and has a courting profile. The polished steely toned platinum and bright white diamonds give a beautiful, sparkly appearence to this modern yet classic design.
