Rose gold ring with 2.19ct natural chocolate zircon
This beautiful ring has been designed with warm rich tones and Art Deco inspiration in mind. The 2.19cts natural gemstone is from Africa and is very unusual in that it is a natural and untreated zircon (normally natural zircon is treated to a blue or green colour - but this beautiful gemstone is naturally this wonderful rich choclate brown colour with red and orange flashes as it sparkles). The gemstone is in an octagonal cut similar to an emerald cut and Harriet decided to set it in 9ct rose gold setting to pick up on the colour of the zircon. Flanking 2mm H/G SI/VS princess cut diamonds have been invisibly set into the shoulders to contrast ice cold sparkle with the warm tones. The band is about 3mm wide at the shoulders where the diamonds are set and narrows very slightly towards the back.
