James and Tasha's 9ct rose gold and amber engagement ring
James asked me to design a 9ct rose gold engagement ring with the focal point being this beautiful 4mm amber. James chose the amber as he loved the interest within amber especially in the sunlight. For a secure setting the round cabochon amber is in an all around setting with two ~1.5mm brilliant cut H SI diamonds either side. I designed two vine inspired engraved lines to flow around the band and join the diamonds making a flowing continuity detail. The width of the band is 3mm all the way around with a flat profile and polished finish.
