Design to us is a collaboration between a properly qualified designer and each customer as an individual. This includes a face to face or phone consultation where a unique design is thought through with ideas from both sides taking inspiration from many sources - the customer's prefered style or look, their hobbies or pastimes for example. The online web features on some other sites are standard cast designs from a catalogue that are available to retailers in a variety of sizes which can fit a few different sized and shaped standard stones. The design of these cast shanks has already been done and as they are cast in there thousands there is certainly nothing unique about the end result!!
