If you have a clear idea of what you want we are here to help.
Many people come to us with a very clear idea of what they want, perhaps it has always been your dream to own a particular stone, or maybe you have seen a design on our site or elsewhere that you would like to form the basis of your unique ring. We are always very happy to turn your ideas into a practical reality using our design and making experience. This may involve tweaking the initial idea or reworking it into something similar to suit your budget, but we will always keep the initial concept intact. We're not like many designers, who are only willing to work on modifications of their own designs.
If you aren't sure we can guide you
It's fine to present us with a very fluid brief. In this case, our designers will talk through styles and inspirations you like, your taste, and generally about your life to find the right designs for you. Perhaps the location of a proposal can form the basis of an idea, or a hobby or life-long passion, a birthstone, or just a design that is made to simply match your style and look.
Either way we are not going to try and push you into anything that isn't right for you - to us, that's bad design.
We aren't just a workshop
It's worth pointing out that we won't just simply 'manufacture an engagement ring' without considering its design. For us the design and how it is made are two sides of the same coin, and our designers and makers work closely together. Many of our competitors on the internet and in the high street are just workshops. Offering bespoke services without design flair are only offering you half the story and often results in an engagement ring that you won't enjoy as much as one that is really designed to suit you.
We don't do 'designing your engagement ring online'
These online features are fun to play with, but in the end, you are 'designing' with mass produced ring shanks available to retailers from a catalogue. Working with a qualified jewellery designer is a far more rewarding experience. We offer real design - a truly, personal service that results in a unique ring, designed with you to reflect your lifestyle and handmade by a master craftsman.
