Thank you for your interest in our eternity rings.
Buying an eternity ring is a very important purchase and we want you to be delighted with your choice.
If you purchase an eternity ring from one of our ready to wear collections you can:
- Exchange it for a different ring in our collection of equal or greater cost.
- Return it and commission us to design and make you a completely new ring to the same value or greater.
- Return it for a full refund minus postage and packaging. (We only offer this option for eternity rings bought unseen over the internet.)
Eternity rings must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging within the times stated here:
- UK based customer returns - 7 days
- EU based customer returns - 9 days
- US and worldwide based customer returns - 14 days
By special arrangement in advance, it may be possible to extend these timescales.
Resized eternity rings
These cannot be returned.
Commissioned or modified eternity rings
These cannot be returned. Once you commit to going ahead with your commission your 50% deposit is non-refundable as we buy the materials specially for each commission and they cannot be used for anything else.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
