Choose Your Eternity Ring's Finish
We offer an unusually large choice of finishes including the Tunstall finish invented by our chief Gold and silversmith Richard Tunstall.

The final touch to your eternity ring is its finish, here are a few examples:

Polished finish The classic polished finish. |

Satinised finish A soft finish as a contrast to the more normal highly polished look. This finish will wear to the lovely dull shine of the natural metal, sometimes within a few months, but can be easily re-applied. |

Hammered finish The surface of the eternity ring is lightly hammered to produce this subtly textured finish. This example has been satinised as well. |

Crushed metal finish An unusual and masculine look which is also very durable. |

Pin finish The surface of the ring is abrased by fast moving pins to produce this matt finish. This finish will wear over time but not as quickly as an ordinary satin finish. |

Tunstall finish A surface texture invented by our Chief Gold and Silversmith and is a deeper more durable version of the pin finish |

Ripple finish We call this finish 'ripple' because because it is rather like the rippling effect on moving water. A ripple finish was invented by our workshop some time ago. |

Wood grain effect finish This wood grain or bark finish is designed to be like the rough uneven texture on a tree and is a lovely choice for a more organic designed eternity ring. It is a modern development of a very traditional bark effect finish. |

Roman finish We first used this finish for an archeologist who wanted a 'dug up' look to his ring. The eternity ring is distressed entirely by hand by a goldsmith. |
