We do not run a web 'shopping basket' facility, as we think buying an engagement ring is a rather more personal thing, so please contact us and we will be happy to talk to you about your ready to wear engagement ring choice or assist with information about a commission.

UK Delivery
- FREE* sent out using Royal Mail's guaranteed and insured overnight service, delivered by 1pm (weekdays only).
*Engagement rings returned for a resize will be sent back out at our normal UK delivery rates of:
- £14.50 (£10.08 + VAT) - Royal Mail's; guaranteed and insured overnight service.
- £7.40 (£5.79 + VAT) - Royal Mail's tracked service - sent at customer's own risk.
Engagement rings under £100 will be charged postage as per the UK delivery rates shown here.
Worldwide delivery
Fedex International Priority (Insured Service)
This service is insured and usually takes within 48 hours although this does depend on the destination. The parcel is fully tracked and we can provide you with a track and trace number.
- £66.67 (+ VAT EU only) for engagement rings up to the total parcel value of £50.
- £75 (+ VAT EU only) for engagement rings where the total parcel value is between £50 and £500.
- £91.65 (+ VAT EU only) for engagement rings where the total parcel value is between £500 and £4000.

Royal Mail's International Signed For (Insured Service)
Your parcel is insured and tracked up to to the point where it leaves the UK. We can supply you with a track and trace number. The service takes around 5 working days, but this is not guaranteed.
- £18.33 (+ VAT EU only) for engagement rings up to the total parcel value of £50.
- £26.67 (+ VAT EU only) for engagement rings where the total parcel value is between £50 and £500.
- £50 (+ VAT EU only) for engagement rings where the total parcel value is between £500 and £4000.
- Engagement rings where the total parcel value is over £4000, please contact us.
Uninsured
Sent via Royal Mail's normal service at customer's risk.
- £18.33 (+ VAT EU only) for any value engagement ring.
Other Information
If you package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must write 'DAMAGED' when you sign for it.
Packages sent outside the EU may be subject to a local tax or duty which is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is made in British Pounds so dollar prices are meant as a guide only. Your credit card company will convert to your currency at their exchange rate.
We cannot sent insured parcels to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Iganda, Zimbabwe and the countries comprised by the former territories of the USSR and/or the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and/or the Republic of Serbia.
