Worldwide delivery
Fedex International Priority (Insured Service)
This service is insured and usually takes within 48 hours although this does depend on the destination. The parcel is fully tracked and we can provide you with a track and trace number.
- £68.09 (+ VAT EU only) for jewellery up to the total parcel value of £50.
- £76.60 (+ VAT EU only) for jewellery where the total parcel value is between £50 and £500.
- £93.60 (+ VAT EU only) for jewellery where the total parcel value is between £500 and £2100.

Royal Mail's International Signed For (Insured Service)
Your parcel is tracked up to to the point where it leaves the UK and we can supply you with a track and trace number. The service takes around 5 working days, but this is not guaranteed.
- £17.02 (+ VAT EU only) for jewellery up to the total parcel value of £50.
- £25.53 (+ VAT EU only) for jewellery where the total parcel value is between £50 and £500.
- £51.06 (+ VAT EU only) for jewellery where the total parcel value is between £500 and £2100.

Uninsured
Sent via Royal Mail's normal service at customer's risk.
- £17.02 (+ VAT EU only) for any value jewellery.
Other Information
If you package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must write 'DAMAGED' when you sign for it.
Packages sent outside the EU may be subject to a local tax or duty which is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is made in British Pounds so dollar prices are meant as a guide only. Your credit card company will convert to your currency at their exchange rate.
We cannot sent insured parcels to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Iganda, Zimbabwe and the countries comprised by the former territories of the USSR and/or the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and/or the Republic of Serbia.
