Thank you for your interest in our rings.

Buying an engagement, wedding or eternity ring is a very important purchase and we want you to be delighted with your choice. We understand that if you are buying, for example, an engagement ring for a surprise proposals you need to be sure that you can come back to us if your fiancee is not 100% happy with your choice.

If you purchase a ring from one of our ready to wear collections you can:

1) Exchange it for a different ring in our collection of equal or greater cost.

2) Return it and commission us to design and make you a completely new ring to the same value or greater.

3) Return it for a full refund minus postage and packaging. (We only offer this option for rings bought unseen over the internet).
Rings must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging within the times stated here:

UK based customer returns - 7 days
EU based customer returns - 9 days
US and worldwide based customer returns - 14 days

By special arrangement in advance, it may be possible to extend these timescales based on, for example, the date of your planned proposal.

Resized rings cannot be returned, so if you are planning a surprise proposal and are unsure of your fiancee's size, we advise you to purchase your ring as is and then return it to us for resizing later.

Commissioned or modified rings cannot be returned and your 50% deposit is non-refundable as this is used by us to buy the materials for your ring which we cannot re-use.

If you are interested in commissioning a ring for a surprise proposal but are worried that your fiancee may not be 100% happy with the design, you could consider proposing with our design sketches or perhaps a gemstone or one of our ready to wear engagement rings from our collections. Then you would be able to involve your financee in the commission process after she has accepted your proposal. This is a popular option as it keeps the element of surprise in the proposal but allows you and your fiancee the enjoyment of being involved in the design of a unique ring together to celebrate your engagement.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
