Knowing how its made and where it's from
We know that an important part of the pleasure in creating a piece of bespoke jewellery is feeling comfortable with what we do and how we do it, every step of the way. This ranges from knowing the provenance of stones, our award-winning commitment to social responsibility and ethics at every point in the business, and our industry leading stance on Fairtrade gold and ethically sourced gemstones.
We also want to share with you the fascinating stages of your ring's manufacture as it goes through the workshop, the Assay Office (for hallmarking), the stone setter, engraver, polishing and so on. So our designers will work on their drawing boards in front of you, and the goldsmiths’ workshop in our Hertfordshire studio is lovingly referred to as the ‘goldsmith bowl’, with wide viewing windows for customers to watch our amazing craftsmen at work.
We offer beautiful photographs of your eternity ring being made in our workshop, and the option to put them together into a souvenir book to keep. Find out more.Next: and finally...
