How it works

The time you spend with us creating your one-off piece of custom jewellery will be inspirational, engaging and rewarding. It will be your chance to tell your unique story and create something that's completely individual for you. Whether you're celebrating an engagement or remembering a loved family member, you'll be working with the best in the industry.

Start by thinking about your inspiration. Your design could be based on a memorable holiday, or include something of your life and loves, or perhaps you'd prefer something simple and classic. Have fun with our inspiration boards, browse through 25,000 past commissions and build your own board of ideas - colours, styles and shapes- and share it with us.

Arrange a no obligation consultation with one of our jewellery designers. This can be in one of our studios or online. You'll be assured of a warm welcome and don't worry if you aren't brimming with ideas, we're here to help.

During your consultation we'll show you a choice of diamonds or gemstones or can discuss sourcing other stones for you, from our worldwide suppliers. Your designer will sketch ideas and your design will take shape - all within your preferred budget.

If your piece is a gift - or for a proposal - and you're not 100% certain of your design, you can buy a gift pack and maybe a gemstone and/or presentation sketches and return together to finalise your design.

We ask for a deposit of £96 for sketches, whether they be for presentation purposes as part of your proposal, or simply to see a range of design options after your initial chat with a designer.

We also offer presentation of CAD renders. Please speak to your designer if this an option you would like. They will talk through what this looks like and the price.

Once your design and finer details are decided- such as your chosen metal, perhaps you chose to help mining communities with Fairtrade gold- we'll ask for a 50% deposit. Then work will begin in our workshop - handmade by an experienced goldsmith or created on CAD.

We'll keep you updated as the fascinating stages of making as they happen - through hand forging, casting, stone setting, hallmarking, engraving and polishing.

And at the end you'll be taking home a unique treasure - individually created just for you.
