An elegant 9ct white gold pendant with a free form opal and a 2mm HSI brilliant cut diamond, designed as a gift to mark a special birthday. The beautiful organic shaped opal has been all-around set and is complimented by the sparkle of the diamond. To complete the look the pendant has been polished to a high shine.
